FURTHER MEETINGS October 8, 2010
B2Win the seat of Rome on October 8, 2010 meetings were held in which the Trade Unions SLC-CGIL and UIL-UILCOM presented the platform business unit of the second level contract.
At the meetings there was a large turnout. All have taken workers reacted very positively to the proposals also expressed the determination to embark on a journey to claim rights and protections.
Workers in Rome B2Win fact have expressed strong discontent over the organization of work to date in this company.
In fact there are critical issues especially on the shift system, exchange rate shifts and issues regarding the management of rest and holidays. A strong need has been expressed concerning the consolidation of working time (change from 4 to 6 hours).
At the same meeting the trade unions have also mentioned the watch system advanced multi-period and lunch break from past meetings with the trade unions, to the latter system time workers have expressed a very negative effect.
The outcome of the meetings, which has in fact seen the unanimous adoption of the platform, shows the route taken by the Trade Unions-SLC-Fistel UILCOM is correct.
