HEALTH 'STATEMENTS AND PAY ELEMENT OF WARRANTY
(€ 260 in April) .
WE MUST SAY THANKS TO ANYONE!

These days, many companies call center, the delegates and delegates from SLC-CGIL are inviting the workers and employees to join the new health supplementary sector.
With € 2 per month by workers and 8 € by the employer, the employee will be entitled to
many free services and reimbursement for medical visits, laboratory tests and so on. (Read more www.slc.cgil.it ).
This is a major achievement of the workers and SLC-CGIL obtained with the last renewal of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement that all companies - applying the collective agreement of TLC - they must honor. See art. 55 of the Negotiable for telecommunications companies.
Consequently, there is courtesy of this or that company, but a right
conquered by the workers who now have more protection. Therefore, we invite all workers and employees of companies that do not have their own health fund company (almost all companies outsource call center) to join in mass to the new health supplement.
Just as it is a victory for workers the guarantee element of remuneration provided by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (Article 56). All companies that have not signed a collective agreement of a second level that "cover" with a special award of achievement, in 2010 and have not resorted to social safety nets in that year (for example Datel Telic, B2Win, Gepin, the Call several companies and call, etc.. that in 2010 were not affected by procedures for layoffs or solidarity contracts) must paid in April EUR 260 gross (scaled down if the worker is part-time) for each permanent employee, regardless of the level inquadramentale. Obviously this
if the employee did not receive other treatments economic contribution of individual or collective subjects. Anyway, if he received further treatment for an additional amount of less than € 260 gross, has the right to difference.
To be clear though: the company has no union agreement for performance bonuses for the year 2010, did not have recourse to social welfare in 2010 and the employee did not receive other treatments economic contribution of individual or collective entities for a fee less than 260 € . . . In the month of April, the long-term employees should receive in a lump sum € 260 or an amount that covers any differences with other treatments Negotiable subject to the additional contribution.
Finally, remember that you can start up a dialogue with the various trade union organizations in order to extend the guarantee element also pay for temporary workers with more than six months, apprentices, workers employed under contract placement.
