It is a way of thinking shared by many businessmen, politicians, administrators, but also workers and trade unionists. To think that it means to work only at the end of production and money.
Work is not only a way as any to live, is a way of life. It's what we organize the day, is the place to meet the same people every day, and what we tell when we return to our home. Work is life and quality of work is the quality of life. Applies to employees, for owner-operators and also for entrepreneurs, in different ways, of course. And if those hours are hell, if that place is ugly and dangerous, and if when we get home we are too tired to tell, then that's where the battle must be done to improve the work. Because if the price I pay for living is to end up at the asylum, the hospital on a wheelchair or to the cemetery, so that the work cost me too much. That does not make enough.
But if you work just about making money, money and nothing else, perhaps in competition with places where the paper is the captives, and then ensure that the safety of workers is a cost. So yes that life is a luxury.
